All-Ukrainian Сharitable Tavriyskiy Foundation was founded in 1998. The Foundation focuses on such goals and objectives as supporting contemporary Ukrainian culture, children's creativity, and talented personalities, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and sports development. With the help of the Foundation, the All-Ukrainian Charitable Children's Festival 'Black Sea Games' has been held in Skadovsk, Kherson region, for 18 years in a row. It has become the country's largest celebration of children's creativity during this time. About 40 thousand talented children participated in the Festival.
